Default I can't get my weight loss goal...need help!

I have been working out in gym for last two weeks and do cycling at least for 45mins.
I own 149 lbs today and two weeks b4.
As I workout
hard in gym and do a lot of fasting.
But, my fat and weight don't go down for last two weeks. It should go down as I am working hard....Why it doesn't??
I am so worried, if I remain the same.
I wanna loose my weight up to 120 lbs.
I will be appreciate if any one helps me suggesting a perfect diet supplement.
Am I going wrong....???

Two weeks won't show you anything...

Like everything in life, it takes time.

Fasting is in my opinion silly if you are doing weights, you need protein and energy after all you are using it, are you not, lifting weights..

Sourpuss can answer that further I am sure..

Also, I am not a fan of any diet suppliment even if it contains mainly vegetables suppliments.

Fresh is always the best.

Try, a juicer , watermelon and water, as a drink is great, bananas and milk, liquid is easy to absorb and stops the hunger for a while.

Always eat a good breakfast, eggs fill you up, and give you energy.

And, stick to a load of salad / or veg for dinner with a small portion of lean meat, chicken, fish and you can't go wrong.

Hi -
There is so much here.
Good for you for wanting to change.
Here is a start.

**Change your relationship to food**
There are many, many things that food is not;
Reward
Friend
Enemy
Refuge
and countless other things...

One thing food is?
Fuel.
Food fuels the body.
There is a passage in Zorba the Greek where Zorba talks about the miracle of food. We put the food into our bodies and transform it into deeds and love and action and work.....
Food is a miracle.

**Food matters**

Food is fuel. Learn about it.
If you eat the food your body needs - you will have no cravings - none at all.

**Know what you are eating and why you are eating it**
Don't just think; "fruit is good, I'll have a piece of fruit."
Ask yourself, "where does this piece of fruit fit into my daily meal plan."
What is fruit? Learn.

Buy a scale and measuring cups - know what you are eating and why.
Do not reward yourself - fuel yourself.
YOU CAN DO IT!!!
YOU CAN DO IT!!!
(and you will be so proud and happy)
GET STRONG!!!

Eat to exercise.
Exercise to live.
BE HAPPY!!!

I am not a food militant but I am an athlete. Start running, meet runners, read about what athletes eat.
Diet and exercise.
Diet and exercise.
**Diet = the food we need each day to fuel our bodies.
**Diet = Eating - not starving.
**Diet = A way to go on living - not depriving.
**Diet = The food you eat - not the food you don't eat.
There is no end to your diet - there is no end point.
It is your new relationship to food.

Whew!! End of big preachy post.

Let's face it...Dieting is no fun. However the benefits to getting thin again are far greater when you feel thin and look great in your clothes too.

I tried every thing nothing ever seems to work for me too. Some people say drink only water and starve lol

I dont know there is so much on the web, that many different ways of loosing weight that are supposed be guaranteed.

Any how im using Max trim seems to doing the trick over the last few weeks for me. Its definattly worth a few dollars to try and see if it works for u.

Ruby,
Be patient. Two weeks time is no where near enough to see results.

CW gave some great advice. I'd like to add though DO NOT FAST, especially if you are working out. Fasting could very well be the reason you haven't budged. Not eating will slow your metabolism and ultimately make you gain weight.
You want to make sure you are getting the most out of your workouts. Your body will not be able to perform at it's best if you are starving.

You don't need any diet supplements, just eat regularly and eat a healthy, balanced diet. Be patient and work hard...it will happen. Am I reading your post right? You want to lose 30 pounds? The safest way to lose weight and the best way to keep it off is to do it slowly (by making lifestyle changes that you'll stick with forever) 1-2 pounds a week is realistic. Don't focus on the scale every day. It's better to judge by how your clothes are fitting. Our bodies (especially women) fluctuate so much at any given time. (today I weighed 5 pounds more than I did on Friday) Keep working hard and weigh yourself first thing in the morning, once a week. And remember that muscle weighs more than fat so you could theoretically gain weight yet you clothes could be bigger on you.
Ultimately, it's about being active and healthy. Don't rush it and you'll succeed.

Hello,

Fasting is a NO NO!

Okay, I see a nutritionist and I have a personal trainer. You don't need either to lose weight though. I see my personal trainer at the gym, but I'm basically on my own. First off, you eating habits need to be healthy for the most part. Example...low caloire or high fiber cereal in the morning with soy milk or 2% milk. PB&J with two vegetables for lunch, and a lean protein and vegetable for dinner. Snacks should be fruits or nuts..something like that.

Gym: You should be doing cardio and weight lifting together. I do 40 minutes on treadmill, jogging or running. I do upper body one day, and lower body another. One day I mgt just do cardio. You need to be in the gym at least 5 times a week if not more. You will not bulk up with weight lifting, however, muscle weighs more than fat. The scale will say you weigh more, but you will look great! I lost 22 pounds without working out. I count caloires and don't eat more than 1500 day. Now that I work out, ppl think I'm still losing but I'm not. I'm focusing more on toning so my body is tighter and more pulled together. Lastly, it takes time. No rush, just stay at it! A year later, I love my body, and so do everyone else! You can do this! You will get discouraged at times and you wont' eat the right things all the time, but don't dwell on it. You ate it, make the next meal a good one! Good luck!
