Default Make Me Over Inside & Out

I wanna change my look and I wanna get healthier too. I know I won't be fit for summer because I will be working toward this all summer but whatever. I never had any fun during the summer anyway. I wanna change everything inside and out. I'm really not sure how to do it but I'm gonna try.

First: I wanna loose weight start with 10 pounds and than work my way up. I need help doing it, I have this problem with saying I'm gonna do something and I don't do it. So tips to keep myself on track would be nice.

Second: I want a whole new wardrobe I wanna look more like Johnny Depp style and mix it with Criss Angel style but more girl. Because I happen to be a girl and I wanna look like a girl. So tips to do that will helpful.

Three: I wanna figure out how to loose weight but safely so tips to loose weight safely would be great.

Four: I wanna be more socail and more out going. I mean I have no friends and I am not good at making them. Everyone who I am friends is damaged and just as damaged as I am. And I don't want that anymore. Tips to be more social and make friends would be good.

Can you tell us a little bit about your lifestyle and eating habits? You're going to have to start exercising and eating healthy. Are there any physical activities that you enjoy?

mmm I have been over-weight for must of my life. My Dad is heavy, so is my mom. Must of my family is on my mother's side, my Dad's side not so much. My cousin are both boys and both skinny, my older sister who was heavy for must of her life as well, has actually lost the weight and has kept it off. I on the other hand I'm not as movitated and independent as she is. Even when she was heavy, my sister always had lots of friends and was very popluar. Me I kinda kept to the side lines and hide because I was so shy. My family is partly to blame, no one really told me what to eat and what not to eat. My Dad used to give us deserts and let us snack, my mom used to let us just eat what we wanted. The old and stupid thing now is, she works at Curves which is a gym for women. Which I find funny cause I never go. I have tried things and it lasted for like a few days sometimes weeks. Nothing ever happened from it or I just got annoyed with it.

As for physical I don't really do anything. I take the dog from walks sometimes and I took dance in high school. My weight over the years has been a big issue, I remember crying my eyes got cause I couldn't finish the mile run in middle school and being the last one to finish. And my dance instructor in high school coming up to me and ask if I was loosing weight since taking this class. I have said I will not change who I am for anyone, and I have boobs, a butt, & I am not a size 2 so get over it. Its gotten to the point where I see the medical problems it has caused my Dad,I don't wanna be like that. Also I am sick to death of everyone looking at me like I'm the fat and ugly sister. What hurt the must was everyone seeing my sister after she lost all this weight and everyone telling her how beautiful she is. And it just pissed me off and hurt my feelings because they look at me like "Oh your pretty too" Its so frustating and I'm sick of it. My good points are, I am very strong and I am flexiable. Also when even no choice and backed into a corner I come out swinging. I didn't graduate on time but I went back and I got my diplomia.

Sounds like you really need to commit yourself to this. You know you have motivation problems so that is going to be your biggest hurdle.

I started boxing four years ago and it's done wonders for me. Many, many women take up the sport to get in shape and end up falling in love with it. I've made so many friends over the years and I've gained a ton of self confidence. I'm in the best shape I've ever been in in my life and it's an activity that I love doing, so I never get bored. It's taken me all over the country and I've met so many different people and had many wonderful experiences.

That's just my experience. I guess the point I'm trying to make is that I think it would be good for you to take up an activity like boxing or some sort of martial art. You'll get in shape, lose weight, gain self confidence and make friends.

You more than likely won't make any friends going to Curves since it's mostly for older ladies. So try to find an activity that is physical, is a team or club sport/actibvity and has people your age for a support group/motivation.

Do you know how to eat healthy? Do you live with your parents? How did your sister lose the weight? Have you ever asked her to help you?

Yeah, you eat fruits & veggies. No sugar and fatty stuff, watch your carbs and only eat the amount of food that's the size of your fist. My sister would take long long walks and she go to the gym. No I don't want to ask her for help. Because I'm afriad of what she may say and of everyone knowing. Of everyone looking at me like l"et's see how much weight she's lost" or " I hear your on a diet. You know I heard your supposed to blah blah blah". I wanna do this for me and not have the whole world breathing down my neck. Also I HATE sports. I was NEVER good at them and I couldn't box because I refuse to hit someone and I'm not very agressive.

You're sounding bitter. You asked for ideas and I gave you some.
Don't start this transformation until you are ready to do it for yourself or you'll be setting yourself up for failure.

Sourpuss is right, nothing will happen until you truly decide to do this. Wishing and hoping won't make it happen. Getting mad won't make it happen. You didn't get where you are overnight and you won't get where you want to be until you are ready to do what it takes.
Very simply you have to burn more calories than you consume. No fried foods, no refined flour (no white bread) NO soda - not even diet. Lots of water, lots of whole foods, Start walking as much as you can. Park at the far end of the lot when you go shopping, take the stairs instead of the elevator, find ways to move more. You can do this but you do have to do it.

1. Never say never.
2. Boxing is not meaning you are being agressive, it's a sport.
3. Don't worry about other people, who are they?
4. Tell you sister, she did, it, she's your motivation...
5. Putting CAPITALS is an agression.

You can do anything you want to if you want, to ... Do you want to?
