Exclamation Need to lose weight fast for summer

I am looking for a womens diet pill that can help me lose some lbs fast before summer, I know pills aren't the answer but I need a jump start for summer..I tried alli , not very successful. Any help would be appreciated.

Your best bet is to do the Special K diet! I am trying apidexin slimming pills at the moment and think they're rubbish!!

The only truly effective way to lose is to burn more calories than you consume and anything that doesn't involve lifestyle changes won't last. It's really unhealthy to yo-yo in weight. Better to stick with an eating and exersize plan that is healthy and steady! You'll feel better and it will last for life.

I did the whole need to lose weight for summer, for this party, for this dance, for this date, for this new pair of jeans yo yo crash dieting my entire teen years and turned my metabolism to rubbish. I pack on so many pounds in my 20s that seemed impossible to move. After re-adjusting my thoughts about food and exercise I was able to lose the weight finally.

But please re-consider doing anything crazy to fit in a bikini in a month, it won't benefit you in the long run. There are safe and effective ways to lose a couple pounds of week, which for most people is a safe and attainable amount to lose. Like WC says, eat less, move more and consider your health as much as the drive for summer hotness

I used to work with a woman who was wraith thin, as we got to know each other she told she had once been obese. One fall she had bought a georgous dress, knowing there was a big, formal Christmas party she would be attending. She would have to lose several dress sizes to wear it. She went on a lettuce diet, lost the weight and could have worn the dress to the party but she was in the hospital being treated for malnutrition. She nearly died. Not a good plan.

Good eating habits, healthy exersize -you'll get there.

OH Fooey... don't let them scare you! There is no evidence that rapid weight loss (in healthy individuals) is unhealthy.

Now, I'm not advocating starving yourself or eating only lettuce... you have to have some common since here.

Look up Very Low Calorie Diet (VLCD) on WebMD and if you decide you are healthy enough for it... go for it.

I recommend the R&D Diet Cookie to help you stay on your very low calorie diet, not any of the diet pills. The cookie is nutritious and very filling/satisfying so you won't be hungry. Thus, you will stay on your low calorie diet and thus, you will lose weight quickly. I've lost 30 lbs using it so far.

As a matter of fact, there is some scientific evidence that shows rapid initial weight loss makes people stay on their diet longer and even makes them inclined to keep it off longer.

So take a few weeks or months to lose the weight then begin your healthy eating/lifestyle program afterwards.
