Good for you to be honest...

I do that too "but with smoking", haha.

Well, the point is you lost weight, "whoo hoo", that means you were doing great and not just because of the diet pills.

Remember, we are human... You will splurge and be naughty, and you know tomorrow never comes so to speak... Your only rebelling because you "think" you need that comfort, but once you keep seeing the weight drop off you won't want to do that anymore.

Put a post it sticker on your mirror , " you can do it girl", then go to the kitchen, the more you read it the more it comes to your mind... Mindset.

Well It's Sunday here, and that means for me anyway in winter, Roast... So oil, meat and that's okay because you have to have one day a week where you eat what ever you want.

Something I found excellent was a blender, and then placing fruit in it with a bit of water and blending it and then drinking it, filled me up at least but tasted great, I can't eat fruit on it's own "boring".... This was watermelon and i am not sure you get that over there... haha.. well i am Australian.

I'm not back up to speed yet, but I was up out of bed all day today!
Took a gf to breakfast for her birthday. Ended up at Village Inn, they try their darnest to load you up on fried food, high cal carbs carbs and sugar but I beat them. Refused all the add ons that come with the omlet. LOL.

Breakfast: Veggie omlet, small bowl of fresh fruit, water
Snack: A couple of handfulls of dry cereal
Lunch: uhmmm, guess I forgot to eat - that omlet was a lot
Mid afternnoon: tea and Peach cobbler made with home frozen peaches from last summer - yum
Dinner: 1/3 of a homemade burrito

CW, we are known for our watermelons and cantalope (as well as killer peaches) here but it's much too early in the season for them yet.
I make a similar smoothie but like to add some plain yogurt or a banana for creamier smoothness. We love strawberry, banana or yogurt, strawberry, pineapple, mango, guava. If you use frozen fruit then there is no need to add ice, just some water so it isn't too thick to blend. Pure fruit and totally yummy.

Glad your feeling a bit better madam.

OMG! That's great, so I can grow them when i get over there eventually whoo hoo, lol.

I do add ice, and i have had banana with milk, i have no idea why drinking it seems to make it "all right" where are trying to eat a slice of watermelon or a banana is tough going?

But, I'm not complaining....

i have changed from toast dripping with butter and vegemite to porridge for breakfast, seems to help with the mid morning choc cravings, not this morning though, my lovely boyfriend got back from 10 days away, so i am a little tired this morning. i also didnt go for my walk this morning, he is such a bad influence!

HAHA.. Good girl.

Hope the soup is vegetable, or the likes not creamy and don't add cream to the sauce, lol.

I haven't eaten yet, but I will have toast, light butter, 1 egg boiled, then i plan to have, small bowl of pasta with salad and for dinner, apricot chicken....

And, lots and lots and lots of water.

Default My weight loss advice

Personally I think people are too obsess with the way they look. Just eat healty and stay away from fast food. Exercise, but don't spend all day at a gym.

Good point dunk22 but what makes people eat fast food?

Busy
Depressed
Trying to achieve a goal but "rebel"...

Easier said than done....

This thread is about being honest, regardless of the junk food, just sharing the good and the bad so that hopefully the encouragement can make those forms of foods get less and less.

So you didn't say what you ate today?

Default hello

last week was a horrable week for me. i ate anything i could get my hands on. but im back on the wagon again, even with all the bad foods and didnt gain any weight, and i lost about 2 inches in my hips. but that might be bc of my workout dvd. i brought jillian michales (i have 3 of them) and they make you sweat. if you dont want to go to a gym go get the dvds, you will feel the burn all over. hahaha. well today i had specail k for breakfast with 1cup ff milk, 1cup water, 1cup v8 slasph, snack i had protein bar and 3 cups of water. and for lucnh im thinking about mac and chesse(i love this stuff) or pb&j toast. keep up the good work you all. and good luck with quiting smoking i bet it is hard.
