    Hello,
I am a 32 year old female. I am 255 pounds. I just started working out in the mornings: I do cardio workouts in the morning-(bike, treadmill, sit-ups, and ellipical), and I do weights. Mon-Thurs: I do Tae Kwon Do in the evenings. Any suggestions on foods to be eating & how many calories???

    Hi Tae Kwon Do

I have deleted your other two threads, as they are the same context as this one, it's just as good to write underneath, a comment such as "anyone able to assist?"...

I can only say to you that muscle weighs as well so don't get on the scale every week to see if you have lost weight, as it won't show for a while that way, but should in your clothes.

You are doing alot of work there, it will pay off.

Calories, I stick to 2500 per day, fat content 20 maximum.

A pie is 30grams of fat, for instance, so you wouldn't eat one of those.

Eat wholemeals, nuts, fruit, vegetables, salads, poached fish, steamed chicken, grills, 200grams max of red meat and only twice a week, eggs, minimal butter, on toast, honey, home made soups of chicken and vegetables, tomato based pastas, not cream based, use spray oil instead of cooking oil..

It's all those little things that will help you.

I would say eat foods that help detox. If you are working out that much yes sweating will help detox your body but if you are serious about a whole life style change then you need to start detoxing your body to get it to work in top performance. That will also help you see results.
