    Question Herbal Magic CLA?

I have been having a hard time with weight loss lately, so I decided to walk into a Herbal Magic store and purchase one of their products for 41.99. I live a healthy lifestyle, eat right, and get daily exercise. BUT, no matter what I do, I just can't drop the weight off of my stomach (which looks doughy and gross). The rest of my body looks very good to me, but my stomach fat is persistent and will not budge. Right now, I weigh 130 pounds. WHAT I wanted to know was, has anyone tried this product?

Will it be a waste of my time/ money to try this dietary supplement. And most importantly, is this product a health hazard? I need a bit of a boost to loose my stomach fat, so, will Herbal Magic CLA give me that boost?

I'm leary of anything that promises a miracle. You might want to take a look at the flat belly diet book, Costco has it for under $14, I'm sure you can get it at any number of bookstores. It's a diet plan using MUFAs (monounsaturated fats) to help you specifically lose belly fat. Research has found that is a very dangerous fat and they worked this out as an effective way to lose it without necessarily losing a bunch elsewhere. That and a good ab workout? It's my weak spot too.

That book seems like it would be a good help (I just googled it)! I know this won't be a 'miracle worker' but I just want to know if it will do anything at all. Does anyone else have any experience with it?

If you are concerned about what else can help?

Read the contents on the bottle, read the measurements you are allowed to take, just because it's herbal (persay), doesn't mean that there aren't rules to follows.

Wildchild's advice is very good to me, $14 verses $41 I'd be included to purchase that, in addition and concentrate on reading that book.

Just try them, youve bought them, but as I said, read the bottle first...
