Unhappy Losing my determination

I want to lose over 60 more pounds but ive been lacking at my excersise's. I hate to work out. Although i like to run but it just started to snow and get icy or rain every day latley so i cant go out for a jog without the threat of falling and killing my back. any way is there a good way to get that determination back that got me started on this.

I did start the ultra 90 program but that may take a month to see results I dont want to wait that long cause by then I will lose all inabition and go back to my old life of eating to much and not getting excersise.

Help Me

Default Staying away from Food

The problem is not just exercise, cause you can
probably knock yourself out inside...unfortunately
the fridge is inside with you.

One of the tricks is to not buy food.
If you don't buy it, you can't eat it.

I know some people who have to shop every day.
Because they know they have no will power.

I can think of one woman who counted out her money,
banked most of it, left herself just enough to buy food
(and not much of that) and each day she would walk
to the supermarket and buy enough...just enough
for that day...so she couldn't over eat...there was no
food and no money to buy food.

Of course, that is extreme but you can see the various
tricks people try to prevent eating.

Well I just cant stop eating I need the food and nutrition to live I get sick if i dont eat every couple of hours but I eat healthy whole grains fruits and veggies. I live with my husband and I do buy junk food for him but most of the time he takes it to work. He is very small so he doesnt have to watch what he puts in his mouth. It is proven that for a person to succesfully lose weight the healthy way 2-3 pounds a week they need a caloric intake of atleast 1800, with excersise. For average ppl if they get any lower then that there body will go into starvation mode and stores all the calories you eat and you end up gaining weight. My best friend starting skipping meal especially breakfast and started to gain I told her to eat more but smaller meals throughout the day. she lost all the weight she gained and then some.
So not eating is not the answer for me if you have any other Helpfull opinions lay them on me but other wise leave you sad masochistic torture to yourself
