    Wow that's awesome! I've always wanted to try yoga but I'm so unsure... I don't know if i could keep up with it. I don't go to the gym because the membership is too expensive and I don't have time with work and my kids. Maybe this summer I can try something out!

    well why dont you get a dvd from the library, just to see if it works for you. i was seeing a yoga teacher where i lived before, but only once a week or fortnight, you can do the simple moves at home, and save the more complicated ones for your lessons. i think if you could have one lesson a fortnight with a teacher and practice at home with a dvd 3 or 4 times a week you should be fine. i really like the beginners dvd from Gaiam with patricia walden. i think its in the yoga journal series.
