Default On my own with Weight Watchers

Im doing Weight Watchers alone. I went online to find out how many points I could have a day with my current weight, and im just counting points. I want to lose nearly 100lbs. Any ideas on a good at home workout routine, i cant exactly run, but walking briskly i am very capable of!

Well I am totally in love with belly dancing. Give it a try. The first time you do it you feel silly but then the next time you feel confident and that confidence grows. Just make sure you do it in privacy.
