Default Help me out!!

So here's the deal...I have been in a great relationship for the past year & apparently have been eating myself silly with him LOL. Not such a laughing matter now...I've gained 30 lbs in the past year...HOW do I get it off!??!?! I bought a scale, weight watchers cookbook, and some healthy food. I'm also the world's pickiest eater & need help with some suggestions! NOW WHAT? I would appreciate any advice!!

Thanks,
Lindsey

Write down everything you eat. I know that sounds too simple to be true, but it will really make you think twice about eating that snickers if you have to write it down.. include drinks, snacks, everything...keep a little notebook handy and just jot it down. As you see the list grow throughout the day, you will notice it will slow down as the days progress. Of course, you need to make healthy choices and get some exercise, too...but in addition, this will really help.

Cook together instead of going out to eat. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the webiste All recipes – complete resource for recipes and cooking tips. You can search by ingredient (and ingredients you don't want) and the recipes are rated. You should be able to find something healthy that you both enjoy. Good luck!
