Smile Christmas suck for one reason. "FOOD"

I love the holidays speding it with your family but the part i hate the most is how it revolves around food.

When you are a serious dieter It is really hard not to snack on all those delicous foods and drinks too. I know already I have gained weight but I didnt gain as much as I normally do.

The best tip but the hardest one I got this years was to not sit at the table with all the food. To find a seat far away enough so you would be conscience of getting up and eating more food.

Sounds simple.

Not if you dont want to be a hermit though. All the girls sit around the big table chatting and having fun.
I sat with them and tried my hardest. It was easier when I sat infront of the veggies.
Then i snacked on them instead of candy.
Plus the smell of raw green peppers made it also harder to want to eat.
( I hate that smell).
So for all those who are still working on the weight loss and still have parties to go to There is my helpfull hint.

I on the other hand had all different types of cakes , im sure i gained but not alot. im hoping to lose what i gained very soon. ofcourse i'll have to workout hard and probably get back on the special k for 2 weeks!.

its alway hard this time of year, ive lost 47lb since march and since thursday ive done nothing but stuff my face but as of 2morrow im straight back into and hopefully il be good till sunday and not start my new year on thursday. i think everybody whos done really well up till now, deserve to have a cple of days off dont you think

I still have two more parties to go to and thankfully I have only gained 3 pounds so I feel good about it all but I know if it wernt for the holidays I would have lost cause all the excersize I am doing is probably keepng me from gaining more. But I still feel great. I cant wait to get back to normal so I can lose some more.
