Default weight-loss, diet pills, exersise and such

hey everyone, i have used three different types of diet pills. acai burn, apenxdin, cliniclliax. with only luck with one i thought. then i queit the pills and exersie and ate right (most of the time) to see what would happen. to my suprise i have been losing 1-5 pounds a week without help of pills and such for the past month. i guess is what im trying to tell you all is that you dont need to spend a butt load of money each month on pills just eat right and do a hard workout. i think what jump started my weight loss was i went to walmart and i brought flush the fat which is a colon cleaser. it works great and makes you feel better inside out. im kinda want to find some people who have notice this and are thinking about queiting or people still on the road to get together and work with each other and give tips. for who ever reads this good luck and keep on loosing that weight.

Crashing in on you...

I just wanted to say good for you to start this thread, it is a mind thing and you obviously decided to "test it" and succeeded.

Nothing wrong with beginning with "help" but fantastic that you can cease it and do it on your own..

WELL DONE...

I have read all the threads on weight loss, often making little comments about spammers pretending to be on them and succeeding, drawing more people to stay on them.

I hope this thread encourages a few to follow your steps and give it a go.

Good for you! I'm not a fan of diet pills and I never used any to loose my (so far) 56 pounds and I won't use them to loose the remaining weight that I plan to take off. So I'm glad that you were able to loose the weight too without using them! Besides many have hidden side effects or risks so you have to be careful!

One of the big concerns I have with diet pills is that so many contain what is essentially "speed". It not only bumps up your energy levels and drops your appetite but it can age you from the inside out. In other words while weighing less may be healthier, getting there by doing something unhealthy isn't a good idea. It's robbing Peter to pay Paul, setting yourself up for other problems later. It may be 6 of one, half dozen of the other, since excess weigh carries some high risks too. But it is so much better to educate yourself and establish new healtier habits for your lifetime.

235NvrAgain, 56 pounds that is awesome!!! im down 30, but only like 10 pounds without the help of diet pills. i still have a long way to go but my next goal is 210 (im at 220 now but want to get to 130-140) its nice not to be on the pills if you think about what happens when you get to your weight on them, do you have to keep taking them?, spending more money a month to mantian a certain weight. that is not for me. im glad you understand. i wish we could get more to think like us. i love my workouts, they kick my butt and i feel so much better after doing them, and if i eat right all day i look back and tell myself "see that wasnt so hard now was it". that is all you have to do to lose the weight. i hope you reach your goal soon, and good luck to the rest of us

That's great. I also started "with help" which made me lose some weight at first and then stopped. Although those six or so pounds that I lost on pills didn't get rid of any actual fat that I noticed.

So I started to get into exercise and eat more frequently because I wanted to enhance my performance ... It's been 25 pounds since I first posted here (back in February). Of course most of that weight was lost with exercise and eating well enough ... lots of exercise and lots of muscle-fueling food, hehe.

thats wonderful! you keep up the good work. i think most people need that help in the began, bc if you fail we can blam the pills and not what we are doing to out bodies. tomorrow is weight in for me and i dont think i lost any thing....ice cream three times this week. i had a sweet tooth, but i didnt have any fat free any more. good luck to everyone
