Question marketjunkie2

Hi, weight loss wannabees - I purchased a copy of the Abs Diet two weeks ago; since then, I have been eating only the Abs Diet recommendations. My question is in regard to scheduled eating times: I have been taking in only the Abs Diet foods, but munching all day long - nuts, two smoothies a day, H2O, milk, plums, fruit, but only foods outlined by the diet recommendations.

Is it possible to lose weight with this kind of schedule??
