I am going to agree with Sourpuss...maybe you could buy healthier snacks or take a short break in the morning or afternoon to walk around outside for a few minutes (I do that some at work)... OR maybe get up just 20 minutes earlier in the morning to work out...You can also do squats, small free weights, crunches during commercial breaks. Maybe get the kids to try it out with you or even turn on some music and dance around the living room. Small changes like eating whole grains and eating more fruits and veggies can make a HUGE difference. Diet pills are only going to be a temporary fix and they are generally designed to *supplement* healthy eating and exercise so you're going to waste your money if you aren't doing either. That money can be more well-spent buying healthier foods. Also drink lots of water and avoid high sodium foods

hello everyone
i found this lady that sells brazilian diet pill....what i like about her she will sell a weeks worth so u can try first, since i have bought a couple that claim to be the original e.s and havent work i was not sure but thank god that i found her...i started with the weeks worth and really liked them so i bought for a month...i have lost in 20 days 12lbs and very happy. wish me luck since i need to lose at least 30 more lbs.
