Red face Help & Support Please!

Hello. I am new to this forum and joined because I would like support while I’m trying to work off the last 38.5-43.5 pounds that I need to loose in order to have a healthy BMI and I would love to help others loose weight and eat healthy as well.

At one point, sadly, I did weigh 235 pounds. I have since lost 56.5 pounds and am leading a very happy and healthier life because of my weight loss. I never want to go back to that old weight!!!

I want to loose the 38.5-43.5 pounds by the end of the year! My official last weigh in date is January 2nd 2010! So I have a lot of work ahead of me!

Any help or support is appreciated!

hey, i started my weight loss back in march before i could even walk. and i wanted to drop 110-120 by june of next year. since then im 30 pounds lighter. i started at a heavier weight of 250. i have learned that eatting right can be hard (i work in fast food) but rewarding at the sametime. you feel great when you didnt eat those cookies. exerise is key, what type of program to you do?? i have 3 dvds from jillian micheals that i rotate threw the week. its great that you go this far and keep it up. if your in the mood for cholate special k bars are good, i get one everyday as a meal replacement. wish you luck

Smile You Rock Sister!!!

GREAT JOB!!! 30lbs lighter is a great achievement. Working in fast food would make it hard to loose weight, but I’m glad that you do not let it stop you! It is hard to eat the right balance of good things and still get what you love in. I still get the occasional cheeseburger and I am always sure to get my chocolate in. I just make sure that at the end of the day my calorie intake is 1,350 and I try to keep my carb intake under 135. I have some days that I go over or even under but the next day I just pick up and start all over again. I also try to really keep my exercise routine fresh. I swim laps, play cardio boxing, Wii Fit, EA Sports, going to the gym, running sprints, using my yoga ball, free weights, steps, and completing workouts on tv are a few of the ways I mix it up to keep me going and interested in working out. I’m proud of you for working out! It really helps to get you motivated and feeling great! Keep me posted on how you are doing! Thanks for the encouragement!!!
