Default Colonix-7 Day Colon Flush

Hey All,
I was wondering if anyone has tried Colonix-7 Day Colon Flush? I'm not looking to lose weight with this particular product, it's just that for almost 2 months now I actually feel sick inside my body, I'm bloated for no reason, tired all the time, run out of breath by just walking to the bathroom and alot more, I go gymming regularly, drink a minimum of 2 lits of water every day, eat loads of fruits, not into a habit of drinking sodas and/or having junk food at all, dont drink or smoke either .. however I do live for ice cream and chocolate . I ve also noticed that eventhough everything I do seems to be right I ve started putting on a lot of weight. All my life I've had a very regular period on the exact date for over 10 years but now I seem to miss it for 2 months straight. I got all those harmones tests done aswell and everything seems to be oka.
So I thought maybe colon cleansing would help a bit?

You may be dairy sensitive. It landed me in hospital for three days once. It can cause the symptoms you describe. Try taking dairy out of your diet for a couple of weeks and see how you feel.

Hey, I ve been on dairy ever since I was a child so I dont think that's teh reason. However I did try taking it out of my diet for a while and that just made it so much more harder as I absolutely ahd no energy to do anything.

Well, IBS is a reason, dairy products cause it sweet, as for your question?

It's only been 12hrs, lets see if others have tried this on this site....

Any answer to help is worth considering.

The human body isn't meant to digest large amounts of dairy throughout its whole life. Lactose intolerance CAN build up. In fact, that's how many people end up with it.
I don't believe in the power of at-home colon cleansers, but I haven't tried them either. If it's not too expensive, though, I don't see how it could hurt.

Thanks CW and Little! I started using Colonix today, you're supposed to take 4 pills twice daily, I just took the first dose but it was impossible to take all 4 of them pills, I took 3 and ran to the bathroom cause I felt I'd throw up... but I'm good so far so I guess I'll be sticking to 3 pills in a dose. Will keep everyone posted on how it goes and wether it actually works wonders!
