Day 8
Weight: 73.5kg (no change since last friday which is good considering my diet!) Weightloss since yesterday: ?? Total weightloss to date: 0.7kg Weightloss goal: 10kg Pills: 8.00am; 12pm Breakfast: 8.30am I had a bowl of low-carb, high-fibre cereal Snacks: at 10.10am I had a low-carb choc-chip bar Lunch: 2 sausages and scrambled eggs at about 12.30pm and can of coke zero Dinner: chicken stirfry Water intake: 2.5 litres Exercise: Comments: Pleased that I haven't gained any weight in the past week, especially considering all of the bad food I have been tempted by since not staying at home! Fingers crossed for a loss in the morning! |
