Hi! I have tried so many diets nobody would imagine!
The real problem is that a diet to loose weight needs to be a real change of habits for life! Even if you get to your goal’s weight and you stop dieting you will gain it again, sometimes you will even gain more! Same thing happen when you take pills for dieting or enroll to any program. Watch Oprah! She has done as many diets all of us together, she has tried in any way... still she is beautiful inside but she definitely needs to loose weight! I am telling you this based on my own experience and people that I know. That is why based on my own instinct and basic knowledge; I realized that we all have the possibility to design our own personalized diet. My advice if you really want to lose weight is to be honest to your self, and be radical in the need of a change. Do not think of a diet as something that will eventually end. Think about it as a change of life. Here are some tips for you to design your own new diet: In the mornings before eating anything, drink two cups or more of warm water or any herbal tea. Low fat protein makes you loose weight Soymilk is great to replace any meal from the day. Even dough red radishes are carbohydrates, they are very low in calories and somehow they help loose weight. Drink much water during the day. Drink much herbal teas or plain warm water. Stop sugar addictions. Replace a fruit instead of any other sugar. Fruits have already an amount of crabs and sugar. Say goodbye forever to any fried food. Reduce your portion size of meals, and eat many times a day very small portions. It is better to eat two healthy snacks during the day than only three big meals a day. Eat as much veggies as you want. Eat slowly.
