Hey Pammy!
Congrats on quitting smoking. That's awesome that you've been able to go a year and a half without smoking! That's already doing great things for your health. I don't know how you feel about working or what kinds of things you like to do. I know when I was first getting into working out, I got bored easily because I was working out alone. Have you looked into a local gym membership? Even a lot of the YMCA's I've been to recently are really nice. They usually offer classes to their members for free (or at the very most a small cost) and it's a fun way to get to meet like-minded people. Plus the variety of classes is usually pretty great so you have a choice! A lot of gyms also give new members a free health/fitness/nutrition consultation so they might be able to help you figure out what's going to work best for you. Best of luck! Congrats on making the awesome choice do something really great for yourself. Hope I helped! |
