a diet that works
Hi!
I thought I would be of use to anyone who wants to lose weight. I don't know if you have tried the method of Pierre Dukan. Basically it is a protein regime and what's good about it is that you don't have to stay hungry since you are allowed to eat chicken steaks. My mother-in-law was on that diet and lost 17 kilos. The only thing that I can point out as a flaw is that it takes about half a year to go through the diet and keep the results. |
