Food lovers fat loss system

Hi, has any one tried the Food lovers fat loss system? I want to know if it works. If not I guess I will update weekly.

I've tried it recently and had really good success with it. There is a community on their site that you can visit to find more people who have tried it.

Thanks for the website! If I may be bold how much weight did you lose on the diet?

Oh, sure, that's not too bold! I lost 36 pounds. It was the only "plan" that worked. It teaches you the right way to eat using foods you already eat and if your current way of eating isn't so hot, you naturally lean towards more healthy choices anyway. Most sustainable way to eat I've experienced. I don't feel hungry, I have more energy and now I can go shopping!!!

I have 10 more to go and I'm so confident that it can happen in just a few more weeks.

Hello and I have started FLFL with my husband 3 weeks ago and we're doing great...we have more energy and lost inches and pounds. It's a real lifetime change, with a great support system.

Walk.
Drink water.
Reduce fat..
No fast food.
Processed food.

Fruit/veg / small amount only of meat, Omega 3, fatty fish, with oil, no fat on chicken , port rind (ahhh) , wholemeals, 1 egg not 2, etc and you will be the queen of weight loss.

Congrats on losing 36 lbs I am still waiting on the package grrr. But I found a few people in Louisiana who tried it and it worked for them so I am going to go for it! TRhanks to everyone who posted!

I just received the FLFL kit and it looks interesting. If you have tried this program would anyone happen to know if you have to do the 6 day detox plan first...or can you skip it and go straight to the 21 day plan?

I've tried to join the FLFL chat boards but It never sends me a confirmation like it states. Ive tried it twice with no luck. Any suggestions?

You don't have to do the 6day detox but it's a nice boost.

By confirmation, you mean the email? Did you check your spam box? Check that first but here's their customer service email: customerservicefoodloversfatloss.com Maybe they can help you or guide you to the right person.
