There is nothing wrong with eggs either... whilst there is fat it's good fat, like the nuts, and Avocados.
To lose weight, drinking water and exercise if important.
For the record. If you don't get the answer you wish for, please don't diss a poster, rather say thank you and take what you want from the replies.
People are here to help on this Forum.
Eat as much salad and vegetables as your body can handle without the creams and sauces that associate with them tasting better, raw or 1/2 cooked.
