I am in my late 40s now and have managed to maintain my weight by doing
walking on the treadmill three times a week for just 20 minutes. However, since the last 10 years, I have been using wine grape seeds ground, which I purchase in whole form. The polyphenols seem to have helped me. Thiey are not expensive and available online. Google and you should find a source near you. |

The basics in weight loss is doing an exercise. Replace fatty foods with fruits and vegetables. It do wonders
