In the UAE, i'm thinking that all the bread that accompanies meals may be what is getting you. Am I correct in that? It's gotta be the diet coupled with the unfortunate circumstance of getting older.
You're either going to have to get up before work and do some cardio, or try in the evening. I'd recommend in the morning - it'll have the greatest effect, and it will wake you up.
