Hello, Ive been attempting to work out, and lose weight, and it seems to be a losing battle. I eat considerably healthy, my main meals and snacks are yogurt, fruits and veggies, and some meat (usually bbqed). I also drink about 3 liters of water a day, consistently. In the last year, my work out routine has been distrupted, so I get to work out about 45 min 3 times a week. I notice that the only time I lose weight, or keep a consistent weight, is if I work out between 2 and 3 hours a day 6 days a week, and eat the way I do now
. Rarely fast food, however due to my work schedule I end up eating dinner somewhat late. Im thinking this is part of the problem . Am I missing anything else thats key in losing weight more effectively? Tips are appreciated! Thanks!
