just maybe thats why we gain the weight back. I lost 40lbs and for some reason I stopped what I was doing. Most likely because winter hit and riding my bike in snow isn't to easy. i should have found something to do indoors. what all have you guys been able to do indoors. Now mind you, i dont have alot of extra money to buy equipment. The basic things I do have in my house now tho are 3lb and 5lb hand weights, 5 lb ankle weights, pilates ring and elastic band, ab lounge (people dont think it works but it actually does, my mom got ripped on this thing). uber about of pilates and yoda dvds (used to be a modern dancer). and about 12 super tall stairs leading to my upstairs. lol!! sounds like plenty to work with but I'm like uhhhhhhhhhh what do I do. lol. The pilates has gotten to hard for me because of my back issue. They are always making you roll up and down and its like LOL yeah right. thats why those are on the shelf.

I've started yoga and deep water running...Its awesome! Not the yoga, that kinda sucks but it relaxes me a little which is good...
But deepwater running is fab! Not difficult and things always seem easier to do in water...I've found myself way more energetic after I've finished a session and I've always enjoyed swimming...
Also, a friend of mine joins the city's recreation facility thing when winter starts...So she does alot of indoor sports like badminton, tennis, aerobics, kickboxing....Dunno about other cities, but I think its good to join places similar 'cause a) they are all over the city so its likely you can attend while at work and if you're at home b) its cheap and usually full facility access is just one low price c) tons of drop in classes so you dont have to do the same thing all the time (i.e. tread, weights, eplip, weights, bikes, weights...)
