I'm done talking about it.I am starting my plan today.
I've made a fitness plan and a diet plan,it won't be difficult for me to follow it though.I Love exercising.I know it will take a while to see results.I refuse to have a scale because I tend to step on it too much during diets,and it makes me feel as if I'm doing nothing right because I don't stay off the scale long enough to see improvement. I want to lose weight for my health.And because I might be joining motocross next season.you have to be pretty strong to do those things.So if I lose weight it will be easier for me. BUT...how do I tone my arms?? I need to tone like crazy,but I want my arms to tone mostly.any suggestions??? |

A muscle either grows or it doesn't. There aren't specific exercises or ways of training that promote toneness. Being tone is a function of exposing the muscle you currently have by losing the fat that's covering it.
And unfortunately, we don't get to pick and choose where fat leaves from... genetics determine that. |
