Default How to lose lower belly fat?? Help!

I have been steadily dropping clothes sizes ever since I graduated from High School. It was a combination of not eating much because the college food was horrible, plus my life is so busy now. In high school I didn't really have to do much. I was wearing a size 22 in high school and that had been my size for several years.
Now I am so proud of myself that I can wear size 16! But my main concerns, area of focus now is my belly. My lower belly and around my hips is just disgusting and it really bothers me. I have a fat roll, not a small one and I want to get rid of it. I have started exercising regularly. I walk or jog atleast 2 times a week, weather and work permitting, I do situps/crunches almost every night. Currently I can do 30 before I have to quit but every few nights I try increasing it by 5. I want to tone up so after I have lost weight I won't have a lot of loose skin but that is something I'm worried about.
I try to eat less "junk" food too and I have already cut way down on fast food.
Are there any specific exercises I can do to target just that area?

Unfortunately, you can't target fat. It is what it is and to reduce fat around the middle you need to reduce it overall. Keep doing what you are doing and work your entire body and the weight will come off. Be patient and focus on being active and healthy and you'll see results.

I was always told that crunches and weight training helped with loose skin, and belly fat. Sounds like you are on the right path to me!
