Hii =) Ok, through out the past 2 years. I put on some serious weight. It is so depressing. Obviously. ....I am a verrrry happy person, but this is constantly on my mind, and it takes my mood down. I dont know how to lose this weight, but i want to, i need to. Please help ladies. Thank you =]

Fine i guess. Like i dont eat junk food or snacks really. I mainly just eat the 3 meals a day. Which is why i dont get why i put on so much weight. Excersize... i go to the gym when i have enough time. But other then that, i dont really go to the gym. I am moving around alot during the day with work and school though. Ughh, its confusing and frustrating. :/

Trying tracking your calories to start. Be 100% honest with yourself when you do so. I track everything I take into my body on the Livestrong website. This really helps. I would start there and make sure you get 30-40 min of good exercise to start every day. Even if it is just a walk...

I'm sure you'll get more responses tomorrow too.
