weight loss
i have gained weight a little since beginning of 2006 since i started working in 2005 an i am worried because i think when i reach 26yrs i will be worse[now 23yrs],i am trying to lose weight by reducing the food i take and the day even pass without eating any heavy meal,just eating snacks but there is no improvement.what pains me more is my tammy,it is big.i once tried slimming pills hoping is gonna help me but there was no help.plis dont tell me to exercise because i am lazy when it comes to that.may be if u can help me with the diet to eat-simple ones you know and which i can afford.
