    Hi All!

I'm wondering if anyone has had an experience in losing weight in your boobs..especially after having a kid. I had my precious daughter almost 2 yrs ago...and my breasts are a little bigger and droopy (breastfed for 6 months) Before I was preg, I was a mid to upper B cup...now i'm like a mid C. I'm pretty petite..5'2 and about 135. I'm pretty top heavy though. So what methods if any has helped you lose weight in your breats, cardio? Also will the little pooch below my belly button every go away??!!

    thanks!

As you exersize and get in shape I'll bet they will trim up a bit. You know that usually the first place you lose and the last you gain.

Once I started lifting, I lost mine! However, if you want to firm them up start lifting weights! Also the little pouch will go away however you will have to watch your diet as well as workout too! Let me know if you need any help!
