My name is Erin and I am 22 years old. I just recently had a baby and I am trying to lost 25 pounds to get back to my origional weight. At first, I lost most of it the week my son was born, due to a lot of emotional stress. But, after my son came home and I was feeling better, I have gained some of it back and it's been much harder to lose it this time. I eat pretty healthy, but I know my biggest problems are lack of sleep and not exercising enough. Recently though, my friend and I started walking in the mornings, and it's really gotten me motivated. Plus, I am on a gluten free diet now, due to sensitivities to gluten products. I have seen a little progress in this last week, and now I am just looking for more motivation. Thanks!
Goals: Sleep better. Work out more. Lose a total of 20-25 pounds! |

Welcome to the forum. Do you breastfeed? As per experience, it help me shed all those fat I stored up. I also coupled it with yoga and workouts, but still the breastfeeding part did greater. I also drink ginseng tea (the organic no caffeine kind) at night before bedtime.
