I just read your post and WOW! You are absolutely inspiring!!! I would love to know what your diet and workout schedule is. I am in the same boat you started in 5'7" 180 lbs size 14 and I would love to get back to the size 4 I was a few years ago. Do you have any tips? I have tried all sorts of things, but I just haven't had the support that I need. If you could let me know how exactly you did it that would be great! Thank you for any help!

wow thats such an awesome accomplishment!! iv'e been 155 for the longest time and the scale wont friggen budge regardless of what i do! you should be really proud.. as for the fruit issue.. personally i have NEVER been a fruit eater.. i wish i was because fruits are great for you.. ive been trying though.. im more of a veggie person.. like to the extreme.. with salads.. i used to be really bad and binge on salad which is a huge no no.. and which you may be inclined to do since the fruit is no longer really in season... i have an issue with water retention and ive realized that eating vast amounts of salad only exacerbates that.. so i would suggest switching to the fruits that are in season and veggies.. which always seem to be in season for a veggie addict.. ( and im not even a vegetarian lol) i would not substitute nuts for fruit though... nuts are high in healthy fats, oils and protein.. which is good but nuts should really be eaten in small amounts... like a handful as a serving,,,, with fruits, you can have much more than that although you should stay within the 5-10 a day range....nuts are very rich as fruit is not really... limit your nut intake and eat more fruits that are in season and veggies.... with whole grains and lean meat... and trust.. limit the sweets.. it will make a huge difference.. Goodluck!!!
