Low carb diets work pretty well, but are not really hundred percent healthy. i would suggest South Beach diet instead. Works pretty well

There are actually a bunch of pretty inspiring stories on this site that all look like real people and not the ones you see as success stories on tv, but I'm still not sure if I want to go this route - suggestions?
