Default Online Personal Training?? Great results!!!

i have just joined this forum and felt i should share my story. I really didnt have much money to spend on a personal trainer but i obviously needed help. i felt that people in the gym i attended were so intimidating and i didnt feel completely comfortable asking questions. i realized i need to do something so i got on line. i had seen an article about online personal training and decided to look into it. i didnt realize there were so many. some i found to be rather expensive. i also didnt want to pay for anything monthly. i just need something that would help me get into shape, show me what i need to do and give me guidelines. i tried a free site that i found to be rather vague. the exercise plans were rather general. the articles were helpful but eveything was generalized. then i found trainer4cheaper this site cost me $7.99 for 12 weeks. i recieved a general nutrition plan as well as three 4 week custome workouts that changed to challenge me. the free fitness questionaire help me give information on myself and i had personal emails from my trainer. they kept up with my progress and were very helpful. i simply took these workout plans with me to my gym and executed the as instructed. i have actually seen good results. this may be something worth taking a look at for those who are in my situation.

I bet after the first &7.99 they want a whole lot more. You can get lots of wonderful exersize DVDs from the library - for free. And books on healthy diet. Having had a trainer at one time, they actually monitor how you are performing and correct things like posture, alignment and intensity levels, you can't do that online so this type of service is essentially useless.
