    Default Panax Ginseng Tea

I have been on this tea for four weeks now. I observed that I am more energetic and active. I feel more agile as it makes me feel lighter and metabolically sound.

But recently, about 10 days now, I noticed a decrease on the urge to eat more. I do eat in small portions, and it feels good. And since I had the ginseng tea, I tend to repel the intake of starchy food and some sweets.

I do eat a lot of fruit and veggies, and drink a lot of water, since I am always thirsty.

I lost 1lb. and 1 inch on my waist without strenuous exercise. I feel that if I do couple it with working out and yoga, my body would get toned faster.

I am just worried as to whether I am getting the nutrients that my body needs or I am depriving it with the essential nutrients I am missing out, since I might not be eating enough of what I need.

    Insights, please.

That's hard to tell unless you tell us exactly what you eat every day... but if you're concerned, maybe consider a daily multivitamin!

    What I eat mostly everyday:

Breakfast: 2 servings of any of the following - banana, apple, orange, cantaloupe, watermelon and 1 or 2 string cheese

Lunch: If I have time - 1/2 cup of rice (I try even if I repel it mostly) with a small serving of meat/poultry/fish; veggies

Supper: Mostly a small serving of steamed veggies ; or same types of fruit that I get for breakfast

snacks in between meals: almonds; granola bars; cheeze its; or just more water

    I am 5'1" and weigh 115 lbs.
