I reckon you go ORGANIC. Anything processed is not as good as the label says. Just me.

Weight Watchers I think, as they will also offer support but don't get hoodwinked into paying for other services...

The trick though is to eat 5 small meals a day...

Eat lots of greens/veggies/fruits/salads, only say 6 nuts as (1 meal), small amount of dairy, never more than 200grms of any meat, always trimmed of fat and grilled/poached not fried.. Nothing in cans.. tuna, fish, (in oil is okay), Omega 3, wholemeal, no white bread, low fat butter and only a taste,

Diced tomatoes and basil, pepper on a pice of wholegrain toast, with a smidge of butter, is wicked and fills you up..

If you have a blender you can put all sorts of fruits and make a juice.

Also egg white omlettes, with low fat ham, tomato, spring onion is great and fills you up as well... No fat, or maybe 2grms from the ham.

I know, I know, you didn't ask how you can do it yourself, lol. But ,it's cheaper, easy and you get more energy from these suggestions than either of what you are suggesting.

Maybe try first and then go to this, plan B.

I also have to agree. I ate both kinds lean Cuisine and Weight Watchers and I have to say that the Weight Watcher meals taste a whole lot bettwe than the lean Cuisine meals. They keep you fuller longer. That is my .02 in the matter.
