Good Morning, SO I have tried many diets. I am hungry, give up.. feel tired no energy.. well, I found this one. It is the curves diet. You have a choice between lean protein and carbs. I took the protein diet, since I have started to work out at the gym about 4 to 5 times week. I love it. I have so much more energy and I am not hungry all the time. I love this new diet. It doesn't really feel like a diet. I eat lots of meat, some starches, and some veggies. I think it is great. It really shows you portion control. I am a 6'3" woman and weighed about 286Lbs when I started watching what I eat. I am now at 269Lbs in 6 weeks. I am starting to feel great. I like this new diet I am trying with Curves. I have a really hard time eating all that is told to eat. I am never hungry. I eat only cus it is time to eat. I really think if you are out of ideas and want to loose weight. Give it a try. Have any great recipes to share go ahead. I will try a new one tonight and let you know how it goes. I am proud of my 17.5 Lbs. lost.

Good for you! I'm so glad you've found something that works well for you and keeps you feeling good. I have objections to some causes that Curves supports financially so I'd never do business with them, but I bet others who feel the same could find similar diet info and exersize to get good results. It's all about doing it in a healthy way!

I totally agree. I don't go to curves or anything. I go to a normal fitness gym. I jsut follow the recipies and diet book. It seems to work for me right now. I have another 50 lbs to loose but I think a 17.5lbs is a great start. 200 or 210 lbs would be great. It will be a lot of work but hey.. every little bit counts. Thanks for the encouragement!

Just keep at it. I lost and have kept off 50 lbs a few years ago. Lately I've been slacking and need to get back at it but you feel better, have more energy and just function better!

    Congratulations! Keep it up.

One thing to note about that diet is there is not NEAR enough fiber. I would suggest going and getting a powder or supplement and be sure to take it regularly.

I just hit my 30lbs. I am continuing going to the gym . I love it. I miss it when I don't go. I really do recommend this diet. You are not hungry and I feel full all the time. Great source of protein and fibre also.
