Not a single pill, supplement, enzyme, drink, powder, or any other type sort or classification of weight loss 'enhancer' or method is ever going to be 100% effective...and unfortunately that has an automatic application to never ever having a "quick fix" to weight loss.
Good ol' healthy eating and exercise are the only way effective weight loss is going to happen.
There are those who believe that dictionaries should not merely reflect the times but also protect English from the mindless assaults of the trendy.
i lost 3 stone at weight watchers after i had my daughter...ive became lazy again though and need 2 get back 2 the gym and watch my intake again....ohhhh its gonna be a hard start 2 the newyear...once again hehe

Find what you can do consistantly. Stay aware of what you eat and how much energy you burn - use the stairs instead of the lift. Walk instead of drive. An apple instead of chips, baked instead of fried. You'll get there and if your kids see you doing this, they will too so you'll help them with some healthy habits.

Hi - I have tried this supplement (by prescription). I suffered no side effects. I would rate it at being a little bit helpful. Not a magic pill, by any means.
