Default Appetite suppressant/ Energy Drink Combo

I have had on and off success with various diets over the years. Weight Watchers was the main diet of choice. Trouble is as soon as I varied away from this the weight went back on. I now plan out the meals for the family and do not eliminate all comfort food, but the what we eat is definately healthier. Over the last six months we exercise more (not excessively) and think before anyone puts something in their mouth. We all have very busy work schedules in the corporate world (sitting most of the day) and always had energy drinks around. I myself would have at least 2 a day..Red Bull was my favourite. When I checked the ingredients this was not good for either my health or weight loss. I have about 12 more pounds to lose. I am now drinking a new product called Xowii Thin. It has a natural appetite suppressant and the ingredients are all healthy. I really like it and I am finding my portions are smaller. The family has not started drinking it as I did not want to put a lot of money into a new product without trying it first.

Has anyone else tried this product? If so let me know your opinion.

Flat out nothing beats reasonable exersize and a proper, healthy diet. Unless you have condition such as a thyroid problem, which requires medication to control, diet and exersize are all you really need.

You didn't get out of shape and overwieght over night or in a few weeks or months, you won't get in shape and to a healthy weight that fast either. Although with a focused effort it will happen more effectively.

Depending on diet or energy products will not help you establish the healthy life style you must have to maintain your results for a lifetime. With only 12 pounds to reach your goal, a couple of months should see you there without taking any special products. Maybe up your exersize intensity a little?

I agree, the answer is diet and exercise. This new beverage is completely healthy. It contains 5735 antioxidents and there are no additives. If you read the ingredients you will understand why I am so keen.

    Default Not promoting a Product

Please be aware I am not promoting a product. If I was it would be weight watchers. I am just stating something that is new that appears to be helping me.

This product was mentioned here before by another poster. Since you are looking for anyone else who has tried perhaps you would find that post of interest.

I don't know but I would not use it, I hear too many stories... It makes even more sense if you order it via the web and not at a licensed local pharmacy. One of my friends ordered a product via a "US" web, and was surprised to receive the capsules in bubble wrap (without the original packaging) and in a regular yellow envelop from Thailand... odd, no? She did not use the capsules and ended losing around a hundred dollars in the process... Should you have a problem who would you blame? Go catch them!!!... We are kind of "skeptical" with our own local products claiming the weight loss miracle, let alone the ones coming from countries with less safety standards...
