    Hey there! Gym again tonight. I gotta wait a bit because it is way too crowded if I head over right after work. Gotta wait a couple hours for the crowd to thin out. Gonna work on the abs and core today... my muffin top must go away.
    Sally, 900-1000 cals seems kind of low but I at least hope you'e consuming good cals with plenty of nutrients... VEGGIES, fruits and nice lean meats. Remember that once you start adding exercises you should increase your cal intake a little. The body won't function properly and muscles won't grow unless they are fed enough... and nothing burns fat like strong healthy muscles
    RC, good luck with that marathon! I can't imagine getting through something like that. We have one around here calld the Utica Boilermaker and it gets a really good turnout every year. I know some people who take part and they usually end up walking most of it. At least they're out there doing it and they finish. One day I'll get myself out there too.

    go me so far today only ate a bowl of spinich made with olive oil and garlic..*little worried bout calories from oil though* and salad with fat free thousand island dressing.

    Hi,
    For lose weight there is so many ways but exercise is a key to healthy weight lose.
    Exercise increases circulation, tones up the muscles, reduces stress levels, and slows the aging process, fights toxins increases energy and so much more.
    Also suggest some pills these are *Outbound Link Removed* pills also help to cure you problem
