Whoever said anything was possible obviously never tried slamming a revolving door.
Keeping a food journal, counting my calories, cutting out fast food, fried foods, meat, twinkies etc.. any sort of junk food. Drinking lots of water. Exercising at least 30 minutes a day 5 days a week, more when time allows for it. This remedy has lost me a LOT of weight.
Scars remind us of where we've been...they don't have to dictate where we're going.
Healthy, clean, balanced diet and LOTS of exercise. Honestly, it's the only thing that will work for everyone. It's a lifestyle choice. There are no quick fixes or 'diets' that will work long-term.
