    Default exercise videos for weightloss

    I'm trying to shed some pounds at home and I've no idea how to start. I was thinking of using exercise videos so I can easily pop them on the player or put them in my ipod. Where can I get good quality exercise videos?

    The greatest place to look is on Craigslist. People sell them dirt cheap and if you don't like them, you haven't paid full price at Walmart. Try and find some Jillian Michaels videos, she's intense but fun, IMO. You can also try eBay but with Craigslist the seller is local and generally just trying to clean out the house.

    First of all, you have to create an exercise schedule so that you can make it a part of your daily routine. It really depends on how frequently you want to do your workout routines. You gotta have the discipline to follow through with your plans to achieve your goal.

    I find videos from Workouts on Demand suitable for me. You can check it out *EDIT* and see if that works for you as well.

    And remember if you’re a beginner don’t over exert yourself to prevent injuries. Let your breathing be your guide. If you’re out of breath, you’re over doing it. Results may take a while, but you’re working out not having surgery, okay?

    Im new here but i have this wonderful workout dvd that ive been doing for about a month now and its wonderful..its the dallas cowboys cheerleading booty camp power squad bod..its 60 mins and range from beginner to advanced levels. Its challenging but the sight of all the perfect bodies keep me striving for that power squad bod! lol sounds silly but it makes me feel sexy.

    and that too is also on demand thats how i found it. its only 36 mins on demand though if you buy the dvd wayyyy more to offer and only 11 bucks on amazon

    What intensity are you seeking? How are your joints, etc... do you have a lot to lose or a little? A couple of years ago ... I wasn't that fit yet and found the Leslie Sansone Walk home DVDs to be just my speed , I used them for several months, shes encouraging and fun and I did them because I COULD. Other Dvds were too hard and confusing, she keeps its basic, your moving and thats all that matters, no fancy moves etc..

    It was my jump off point. Now a couple years later I work out with the intensity just shy of a pbx90 commercial -- with no dvds :P

    Half.com, Amazon or Ebay.
    Also, I have FitTV channel, idk if you do, but it has a few shows that I like.

    *Removed outbound link* try this video..the cause unhealthy body or fat..about the Slow metabolizing fat in the belly is hard to get rid of, because hormones prevent the fat tissue from breaking down. Diet guru Ori Hofmekler has more details. ..it help me a lot this video to lose weight.
