Eat regularly, all day. Healthy, balanced meals and snacks. Don't skip meals or go long periods without eating.
Big, healthy breakfast > snack > lunch > snack > dinner > snack.
Make sure your choices are healthy though and that you're getting enough lean protein.
If your eating isn't balanced, you won't be getting the vitamins and nutrients that you need to build muscle and keep good weight on.

. I think it's due to stress and how I've been feeling of late. Anyways I don't want to lose more weight as I look so gaunt and pale and horrible
What types of things can I take to help gain weight or even just keep in constant.
