I'm in need of some advie. I'm trying to loose weight, not a little but alot. I am way overweight. I was doing good and lost 20 pounds but it seams like the less I try to eat the hungrier I get and end up binging and eating more at a meal later on. Now I am at a stand still. I was reading on some diet sites to eat more pasta because it is low in fat and high in protein but I am diabetic and can't have pasta. Also I wan't to start some sort of excersise program but that too is hard. I have to have knee surgery and wear a leg brace so I can't do any running, jumping jacks, anything that could injure my knee. I want to go walking but with the winter weather it really hurts my knee. Any advice?

sorry this is so late, but did you ever try the ab swing? look it up online, its not that expensive and it works!!

Kildarasidhe, "for achieving any thing you need full desire". This rule applies well on weight loose program. At first you have to control your intake. Because all of your hard work will be useless if you don't resist himself from eating. and one more thing "there is a will there is a way". If it is winter out there and if you stocked in your home then do yoga or aerobics in your house.

I will agree with you Jack....Controlling ones self of over eating and eating unhealthy food is one way and a step of losing weight.
