have you talked to your doctor about the weight gain? Can you workout more days a week?
I had been doing pretty good on my diet back in the fall and had lost 10 pounds. Then because I was having so many anxiety problems, my doctor put me on some medicine, and now I have gained 20 pounds since Nov. I'm not really eating anything different and have even been working out 2 and 3 times a week. I'm still on the medicine and my doctor feels that I still need to be and I do too, but I can take gaining more weight!! I'm almost to the 250 mark and it's causing so many problems for me. All my clothes are tight, I don't feel attractive any more, which is causing me to not want to have sex with my boyfriend, even though he always tells me how beautiful he thinks I am. I don't feel it, and I'm scared that me feeling this way and him seeing it that he'll start feeling the same way...I need advice, Please!

How many calories do you eat per day?
I am 5'5, 210 pounds, 19 years old and I have cut my diet down to 1500 calories/day. I go to the gym 5x a week and do not leave until I have burned at least 500 calories during cardio.
I have been doing this since mid January and have dropped a solid 15 pounds so far- my body has completely changed. I have gained muscle and lost fat and I feel great already.
I drink about 20 cups (10 bottles) of water every day. Sometimes I have a cup of coffee but I have really tried to cut caffeine out of my diet completely. I eat a good breakfast (Usually between 350-400 calories) and then I go to the gym about an hour after breakfast. I am never hungry directly after exercise. I shower when I get home and relax a bit before preparing lunch. My lunch is anywhere from 300-400 calories and I usually do a frozen, pre-packaged meal (Amy's Kitchen meals are amazing- organic ingredients, delicious, huge portions, and low calorie!). For snacks, I love to eat pickles, pickled okra, carrots, kettle corn (so yummy- and a whole bag of it is only 75 calories), and granola bars. My dinner is usually right at 500 calories and I try to make a meal at home. Sometimes I eat out but I only go somewhere that I know has under 500 calorie options that will fill me up. Applebee's has a chicken and portobello sandwich served with fresh fruit that is only 360 calories. It is very filling!
This plan that I have created for myself works well for me. I do not feel hungry during the day or night. I do not feel deprived. Of course, the cravings for stuff like oreos and mcdonald's french fries are always going to be there (for me). I just try to think about how many extra minutes I'll have to do on the stair master if I choose to eat some of that junk. I try to remember how I feel after I eat that stuff- which is CRAPPY! I ALWAYS regret eating terribly and I feel disgusting. I know that I feel much better after eating a bowl of fruit!
Well- I am sorry this was really long, but I hope it helps you. Also... write down EVERYTHING you eat along with the calories. It helps so much.
Drink water in excess and do exercises regularly..
Drink as much water as you can and don't take tension.
if your BF is saying that you are beautiful in his eyes then that mean that you are beauty.
