    Do you eat breakfast?

Otherwise, I find that in the evenings I'm not exactly hungry but just feel like... I should be eating something... mainly because I'm bored or watching TV. So I just make a big cup of tea and that helps as it gives me something to do.

Often times, we mistake thirst pains for hunger pains that lead us to eat instead of drinking water. Also, boredom can be your worst enemy. Do you have anything to do at home to keep you as active as you are at work? I find that having a buddy to keep me motivated is really all I need to say no to the ice cream in the freezer. (It was coffee tonight, and that was really a struggle) Also, I keep posters of athletic women (or really any body shape that you're looking for) in my room with motivational signs under them ("You can do it!" etc.) just in case I feel the urge to splurge. Good luck and stay on track! We're all here for you.
