Hallo, My name is Melissa, I am a fittnes instructor. I just want to share my simpliest advice, it's not complicated and for strat you dont need to excercise. Just folow this simple advice and it should become your lifestyle. Just a little persistance and you will feel better. First forget all expansive products that promise overnight losing weight. Non of it is healthy, and more importent is staying healthy.
1.Breakfast - Have it soon as you get up.(it shoud be not after 8, supposing you are working)
2.Lunch - 4-5 hours after breakfast (it should be healthy, both proteins and carbon hidrates-NOT FAST FOOD)
3.You should eat some fruits(because of vitamins and minerals your body needs) It is like a sneck between lunch and diner.
4.Diner- not after 18 o'clock.(it should be mostly proteins if not just proteines(fish is great, or find some other source of proteins)
    5. Do not eat enything until morning.
    Drink more water than usual.
Just be persistant! You will feal better soon.
If you want better results you can drink some herbal tea + that extra water. There are some good products on the market. My recommendation is Slimtea (edit). I dont want to leave link or promote. It will help you to take out that extra water and all bad stuff with it. I recomend it becouse it is real quality, I use it even if I dont have weight problems. My students are using it with diet program and they are very satisfied. Only green tea will work but don't take tea bags.

Wish you all good luck and persistance!!!

I absolutely have to agree with you. Upon starting my weight loss expedition all I did was cut out fatty, saturated foods and started eating breakfast every morning. I wont eat at least 3 hours before I go to sleep and I'm drinking upwards of 9 glasses of water a day. I exercise daily as well, so obviously my results have started to develop quicker than they would without exercise, but a healthy diet is the best way to lose weight and to feel better in general. You'll find your mental and physical health will improve drastically, and your overall mood will perk up as well.

i believe that if anyone can walk for atleast 2 miles a day, and keep on doing daily work standing....and 1 hour dance daily........then i can bet nobody will be fatty.

    Who are you certified through?

I'd like to write said certifying agency to show them the sort of they're putting out there on "the street" in terms of integrity and professionalism.

1.Breakfast - Have it soon as you get up.(it shoud be not after 8, supposing you are working)
What do you *think* happens if you don't eat breakfast first thing? I have a guess, but I'll let you answer the question to affirm my guess.

2.Lunch - 4-5 hours after breakfast (it should be healthy, both proteins and carbon hidrates-NOT FAST FOOD)
    Carbonhidrates? You can't be serious.

    Also, what about healthy fats?

4.Diner- not after 18 o'clock.(it should be mostly proteins if not just proteines(fish is great, or find some other source of proteins)
You seem to be hung up on meal timing. It's unfortunate for your clients that you focus on such unimportant things instead of providing them useful, meaningful advice. For the record, our bodies don't operate like stopwatches where they monitor time and vary metabolic rate based on it.

A calorie deficit is a calorie deficit, so if you're eating the vast majority of your food during the evening hours, say 2000 calories, yet your body requires 2500 or 3000 calories to sustain itself, you're not going to be gaining weight. We can't bend the laws of thermodynamics.

Plus, metabolism doesn't vary as drastically as many so called professionals like to purport.

    5. Do not eat enything until morning.
    See above.

Given the quality of your advice, I think I'll pass.

Sorry if this is too "rough" for this community but it chaps my arse how this industry is flooded with so many uneducated shills and bigots.

Acupuncture I think works.. But you will have to consider what the OP said as well, water, diet, excersise but as far as mind set, acupunture hs alot of benefits, maybe try hypnotherapy as well, if it's a "mind set your after".

Melissa, slimtea... I know that most teas have antioxidents which is good for you, I don't know whether one brand is better than another personally, some charge more naturally as they are more known.

Why do you think slimtea is better?
