    Hi,
I started to take the Hydroxycut yesterday. Before I was taking Trimspa which worked great for me but is no longer available in stores. I gained about 25 pounds after having my baby. I weight now about 176, I am 5' 10" tall. I do work out once in a while since I have a busy schedule. So I thought going on diet pills would work for me. I have two days now using these pills, well I feel very dizzy and have minor stomach pains ( like cramps). I will keep updating every week if possible. Wish me luck!

It has been 36 days since I started on the pills. Well I made a mistake of taking 3 pills on my first day . I did not bodered to read the directions clearly. Well my body did not react good to the pills. I was vomiting everyday, I was feeling light headed, was having light headaches, my hunger was still the same. I had to stop after 2 weeks because every day I was getting worse.

I am going to try it again, but slowly. Start on 1 pill a day the in a month I should be able to take in 3.

    Wish me luck!

Please keep in mind that those pills are 1) not for long term usage and 2) work more efficiently when combined with diet and exercise.

That being said, anything that makes me feel that crappy I'm staying away from... I used to use diet pills when I was younger, but they have crazy side effects and who even knows what the long term effects are since they seem to be changing ingredients all the time.

Just something to think about! The few extra pounds you're going to lose taking them might not be worth the harm to your body.

I agree with Kygirl and lunaj. ESPECIALLY if she's breast feeding. (don't know if she is, I hope not) I think the results that people see with these pills is from the diet and exercise that is recommended with the program anyway. That, and the pills get you so jacked up that you're awake and moving around for more hours in the day, thus burning more calories.

I take the MegaT capsules. i used to be on the drink, and i swear,i dropped like 10lbs in one week! I started the capsules yesterday, and so far i have felt fine. Now stomach pains,no dizziness, and i feel very energized today. I was extremely close to getting the hydroxycut but i read the box are there are so many risks and warnings.I didnt even want my parents to waste the money.

I f you are dizzy, and it continues,i'de get off of it fast, cause that a symptom of STOP TAKING. lol Best of luck!

    Hey there,
I work out as much as I can. I run every two to three days and I do strength training on my legs every afternoon. I am doing my best at eating healthier but my main addiction is White Chocolate Ice Blended from Coffee Bean. I am trying to drink one every now and them but it is hard after being used to drinking it DAILY But anyways I weighted myself yesterday and I am at 181lbs. so as of right now the pills and exercise has not helped me at all. But hopefully I will do better now that I am taking the pills regularly. I will keep on updating as I go on.
    Thank you all

Remember, you gain weight before you lose it! Drink lots of water on those pills to keep from becoming dizzy and getting high blood pressure.

In about a week or two, weigh yourself.Scales are horrible things you know.If you weigh yourself often, you wont see much difference or a difference at all.Weigh yourself like every 2 weeks in order to keep from being discouraged.

Be careful with diet pills... You never know what side effects can hit you as a result from taking them. They are not the magic bullet and if they are then the bullet could kill you. There is a reason they are not approved by the FDA. If your going to take a diet pill at least take Alli the one approved by the FDA. Be safe about it.

    Good Luck
