    In weight and health management - the issue whether to eat fruits or not
    - is pretty valid. The answer: STOP eating all traces of fructose anywhere in any type of food. Fructose is more dangerous to liver than alcohol. Fructose poisoning aberrates hormonal system bringing different diseases including depression. Detoxifying from fructose is compulsory for normal health.
    Stopping eating fructose - means STRICTLY removing soft drinks HFCS (fructose) laced, STRICTLY all fruits, fruit juices and alcohol (fructose) from diet.

    There is little value in thinking that some tasks are difficult. People go to uni and rarely claim that learning is difficult. Those that think it is difficult to do studies end up with nothing and no diplomas etc
    In weight loss endeavour you are on a right path if you stop eating fructose. If that wasn't helping sufficiently, there is still some allergen in your diet elevating estrogen
    presence. Estrogen and glucagon hormones control FAT BURNING reaction. Ghrelin and leptin - control hunger/satiety reactions. Glucagon elevated presence appear on starvation diet (low calories) and can lead to fat loss.
    Estrogen low presence on cell receptors
    opens cell to fat burning, that is if estrogen is elevated, fat burning is blocked.
    From other allergens in your food: casein, gluten, omega6 - they trigger estrogen elevation. Proper diet is CRITICAL in fat burning process, if that process is slow, surely some allergens are blocking the process.
    I lost all the excess weight, at some point it was 14 kg to much and only by removing fructose from diet - last 4 kg of stubborn fat disappeared. There is several testimonies on net from people losing 40 kg or 30 kg by removing fructose from diet.
    This gets my confirmation for I done the research and nothing else is sufficiently explaining the fat burning process. There is no alternative processes, but only one and is FULLY dependant on glucagon and estrogen play on cell receptors.

    In your case it seems you don't observe calories count and that is compulsory.

    This is some of the worst advice I've seen in quite a while on the net, which is saying a lot. Unsubstantiated claims like this should be used as an example as just how bad this weight loss industry has become.

    Absolutely agree. The words "strictly remove fruit" is the red flag in knowing that his post is utter garbage and made upon poor research and one terrible outline that this spammer is copying from. Eat more fruit, eat more veggies people. Do not believe internet disinformation mongers.
    There are those who believe that dictionaries should not merely reflect the times but also protect English from the mindless assaults of the trendy.

Supplements have no long-term effect on fat loss and weight loss!

    You must change your body composition! You must increase muscle mass to become a “fat-burning machine.” A pound of muscle burns up to 50 extra daily calories! So, your metabolism will speed up when you build muscle. Concentrate on compound (multi-joint) strength exercises like squats, deadlifts, lunges, bench press, planks and rows because they work and build more muscle groups. Do less single-joint exercises like biceps curls and tricep extensions.

    Fat loss is more important than weight loss!

    If you lose major poundage without strength training, most of your weight loss will be muscle mass. And, this will “slow down” your metabolism. That is why you see some people who are "skinny-fat" (skinny with high body fat). The goal should be to have a “lean and toned” body!
